Just watched it tonight......interesting plot......without giving to much away, my wife and I did correctly guess the "who" is responsible. Sometimes, the "who" is also the "what".....

I thought it was pretty good, considering how bad M Night's films have been in the past. Used to be a huge fan of his, but his movies have been so bad over the past several years that I really refused to give him anymore of my money. But I gave him one last chance with Devil, and I thought it was decent. Apparently Devil is part 1 of a trilogy, but don't know what the next 2 movies are going to be.

Not to split hairs, but M. Night didn't direct or write Devil. He was the producer and was credited with "the story" Story by M. Night. So he was heavily involved, but didn't direct or write it.

He wrote and directed: The last Airbender, The happening, Lady in the Water, The Village, Signs, Unbreakable, Sixth Sense, Wide Awake, Pl;aying with Anger.

We thought it was pretty good. Makes you think, especially if you are Christian and religious.....

Oh really? I honestly didn't know that. Well, then that answers my question of why his most recent movies have sucked so bad, and this one was decent. The only movies from him that I love are Sixth Sense, Signs, and Unbreakable. Everything after that I wanted to demand my money back.

Lady in the Water was good IMO. I did read how Devil ends and it sounds stupid and disappointing.
