As a child, I watched "The Wizard of Oz" and "The Ten Commandments" when they came on tv every year foe several years straight. That racked up a good 10-15 views for each.
After reaching adulthood.... the movies I've seen the most are: "The Princess Bride" "Star Wars" ( 1st movie) and "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade" ... hehe... so much for "adulthood".
I've also seen "Legally Blonde" a whole bunch of times, but only because my roommate used to play it almost non-stop. I like it alot - but not enough to have it as constant noise going for hours at a time.

The "Wizard of Oz" of course, umpteen times as a child in the 1960's.
In my adulthood, there are very few movies I have deemed worthy of watching more than one time, but the few I have are:
"Titanic" - my favorite of all time, I watch it about once a year
"Liar, Liar" - we watched it and laughed ourselves silly until we finally got tired of it
Others:
Grease
West Side Story
Parenthood
The Full Monty
Christmas Vacation
Home for the Holidays (Christmas film starring Holly Hunter)
Holiday Inn (Bing Crosby, Fred Astaire)
I'm Telling you for the Last Time (Jerry Seinfeld special)

My take
It is just not the Easter/Passover season unless The Ten Commandments is on. Even with all the inaccuracies that movie is still great. The Wizard of Oz was always on around Thanksgiving on CBS growing up if I remember.
I would say movie I watched the most times was American Graffiti. I could watch that over and over again and I knew every line. The 1950s and pre Beatles 1960s feel was what I loved. Most of the music in the movie was from the 50s the oldest being the Crows Gee and Crying in the Chapel by the Orioles from 1953. Wolfman Jack is such a hero of mine I have a condolence card from his wife. RIP Wolfman.
The Yellow 1932 Ford and my favorite Car of all time the Black 1955 Chevrolet. I can remember growing up in the 1980s with the crappy Chrysler K cars and stuff and my parents would be like, "You know our generation had the hottest cars". After watching American Graffiti you knew they were right.
Back then I always watched 1950s themed movies over and over again just to see the cars. I mustve watched Crybaby about 30 times.
Today I would say I usually will watch any old Blaxsploitation film of the 1970s thats on even the ones I have seen 10 times already. I love the music and the cars.

The Godfather, definitely. A bunch of movies with Al Pacino and Robert De Niro follow close.

I have no idea which movie I've watched the most times and I won't bother listing movies from childhood, that would be a super long list, though I have watched some of these as a kid. I've seen these 5 or more times since:
Star Wars trilogy
Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan (1982)
Fight Club (1999)
K-PAX (2001)
The Matrix (1999)
Galaxy Quest (1999)

Fist of the North Star (1986)
Princess Mononoke (1997)
Monty Python and the Holy Grail (1975)
Dances with Wolves (1990)
Edward Scissorhands (1990)
Fist of Legend (1994)
Legend of the Drunken Master (1994)
Labyrinth (1986)
Seven Samurai (1954)
Unforgiven (1992)

Ben-Hur! That used to come on around Easter every year and the whole family would watch it (pre-cable days).
One movie I can watch over and over is Alive! It's the story of the rugby team members who survived the plane crash in the Andean cordillera in the 1970. I love that story. Love true stories and love survival stories. And it's got one of the best plane crash scenes ever.
I have an 18-year-old daughter who I am "making" watch some of my favorite movies with me over her college break, movies she has never seen.
So far my list is Alive!, Raiders of the Lost Ark, and Fearless.
She is receptive, because after throwing Blazing Saddles quotes at her all my life, she finally watched the movie and loved it.
