Machine Girl was pretty obscure and I liked it. Basically, a chick who kicks ass and has a chain gun for an arm goes on a revenge/justice inspired killing spree.

I haven't read through all the responses on this thread, but here's one of my favorite revenge flicks:

Johnny Handsome (1989) - IMDb

This 1989 movie features one of the nastiest crime couples ever, Ellen Barkin and Lance Henriksen, along with Morgan Freeman as a cop who doesn't believe the title character (played by Mickey Rourke) has genuinely gone straight.
