You could quite possibly be right about that, but it will take more time to tell. He and DeNiro together in "Flawless" is one of the overlooked little gems. That ws the first picture for which he won any kind of award.

Kate Winslet... From what I've seen of her personality in interviews etc she seems very down to earth and sweet. Her movies are some of the best I've watched.

Geoffrey Rush... Ugly as sin but he is sooooo versatile and so believable in every role he has ever been in (best has to be the Marquis de Sade in Quills)
