I haven't even read through this thread , but you are so right on in your choices. Obviously, we have many more, but...He's my fave, too!
Did you see the "Biography" on A & E on Johnny Depp? A good friend of mine ACTUALLY KNOWS HIS PARENTS! They're NASCAR fans and they stayed at the same campground every year! I so admire his seeking the family-oriented roles because of his children. What a great Hollywood happy ending for a true indivualist!

I think Sandra Bullock is a wonderful actress and I love Kate Hudson too. My favorite actor is Matthew McConaughey. I guess it's no surprise then that one of my favorite movies is "How to Lose A Guy In Ten Days."

Come on...You can't even compare the two. Whole different era. I LOVE Jimmy Stewart, as well, but for All Time?
Who would you like to have seen play Travis? The one made-for-tv I saw starred the good-looking, raspy voiced dude, what's his name..?

Robert Duvall is probably the greatest living American actor.
For actress, I'd have to go with either Meryll Streep or Kathy Bates.
