So many to choose but i'll go with MR.T. As my favorate TV show of all time is the A-Team and also digged him as Clubber Lang in Rocky III......
Wow Clubber Lang vs Mike Tyson !! What a fight that would've been......

I couldn't confine myself to one as the following are all amazing to me :
Actors : Gregory Peck, James Stewart, Cary Grant, Stewart Granger, Ben Kingsley, David Suchet, Gabriel Byrne, Gerard Depardieu, Daniel Auteuil, David Strathhairn,John Cusack, Sean Penn, Ralph Fiennes,Joaquin Phoenix, Nicholas Cage,Dustin Hoffman, Al Pacino,Toby Jones, Jean Reno , Jean Rochefort, Samuel Le Bihan, William Macy, and Geroges Clooney ( who is a much better actor than given credit for as in "Good night and Good luck" proves) and Paul Giamatti not necessarily in that order ! My favourite of the last decade are : RUFUS SEWELL, GABRIEL BYRNE, Edward Norton and JOHNNY DEPP.
Actresses : Audrey Hepburn ( not necessarily the best actress but certainly the most beautiful, charming , classy , kind and generous and pure magic on screen) , Katherine Hepburn, Ingrid Bergman, Greta Garbo, Lillian Gish, Jessica Tandy,Jessica Lang, Meryl Streep, Jodie Foster,Julianne Moore, Scarlet Johansenn, Emma Thompson, Vanessa Redgrave, Jeanne Moreau, Emmanuelle Beart, Audrey Tautou, F.A.N.N.Y Ardant, Isappelle Huppert, Nicole Kidman, Isabelle Adjani, though my favourite of the last decade is CATE BLANTCHETT who has the most amazing range and is what I would call a true actress.

Why Have I had to play around with the name F.A.N.N.Y ??? It did not allow me to write it down even though it's a NAME...
I had the same problem with the word B.I.T.C.H in the context of a female dog on a different thread??? What on earth is going on??? Is it illegal or offensive to use someone's name or the actual word ( dictionary definition) for a female dog in the US????? How utterly bizarre for a country that prides itself on freedom of speech.

Of those still living, Paul Newman and Robert Duvall are the greats. I love Gregory Peck and Gary Cooper, unbeatable. Audrey Hepburn is my favorite female actress of all time. She and Gary Cooper great in Love in the Afternoon. Living best actress is Meryl Streep.

Haha! Yeah.... we're a bit weird in that. Have to protect the children and the delicate sensibilities of the easily offended. We, for instance, are shocked at what you all allow on regular broadcast television. All those naughty words and female nipples!
Remember that Bush's former Attorney General, John Ashcroft, draped the statue of Justice in the area where he held press conferences as he found her nakedness prurient and distracting.
Americans, on the whole, find no value to teaching art and aesthetics in school. Similarly, we tend to suspect the malicious or prurient from someone when presented with words or actions that could be suspect. A North Carolina teacher was fired (but later rehired when the school board actually picked-up a dictionary) from school in 2002 for using the word, "*****rdly," in class.
Be so glad your kids aren't educated here. It's an embarrassment.
PS- There you go! What a great example! The word I was attempting to type is, "n.i.g.g.a.r.d.l.y"
Where ignorance is righteous 'tis dangerous to be wise.

Reason: Subverting censorship done in ignorance.

Gene Hackman, James Earl Jones, Sean Connery, and John Wayne. They can make a mediocre film worth seeing.

Ah yes, Gene Hackman. Good one! And could we add Sissy Spacek too?

Clint Eastwood and Charlize Theron. Unfortunately I doubt Eastwood will star in any more pictures.
