Almost every scene in Quick Change, but especially the "Flores para los muertes!" scene:

Loomis: What does that mean 'Flores para los muertes'
Grimm: Couldn't tell you.
Phyllis: Oh you know Grim, it means 'flowers for the dead'
Loomis slumps to his knees groaning in pain.
Phyllis (to Grimm sheepishly): Sorry.

I snarfed even when I read that quote on IMDB. That whole movie kills me.

Bowfinger.

One scene Steve Martin's character says something about hiring camera crew for the film they are making, and the very next scene you see them at the Mexican border being shot at by border security trying to usher illegal immigrants into the van. Man, it was funny.

Few scenes ever strike me as funny enough to actually laugh out loud but the few that do usually have me folded over in laughter.

This scene from Eurotrip is one of the few I laugh at every single time.

The setup is these guys flew to Europe for the summer and one of them is searching for his internet girlfriend with whom he just had a fight and who lives in Germany. After many misadventures, they finally reach her home hoping to find her.

Sadly, this scene wasn't included in the theatrical release.

Burt Johnson: Hello, Arthur.
Arthur: Hello, Mr. Johnson.
Burt Johnson: I haven't seen much of you lately.
Arthur: Well, the reason you haven't seen much of me is because I, I normally pick Susan up at her apartment in town. And you live here. Want a drink?
Burt Johnson: I never drink. No one in my family ever drinks.
Arthur: That's great! You probably never run out of ice your whole life!

Burt Johnson: I don't drink because drinking affects your decision-making.
Arthur: You may be right. I can't decide.

[pointing at a mounted moose on the wall]
Arthur: Where's the rest of this moose.
Burt Johnson: Arthur, I think it's time we got to know one another.
Arthur: I do too. That's why I had to come over today. Hmhmhmhm. This is a tough room.
[pats the moose]
Arthur: I don't have to tell you that.
[points to the moose again]
Arthur: You must've hated this moose.
Burt Johnson: Why don't you forget the moose for a moment!
[looks at the moose then to Burt]
Arthur: Right.

O. K. ?!!!! That dance scene was more disturbing then anything.
It was funny in a way, but still ...to me, was kind of perverted and just....well.... WRONG !!!!!!

At the end of Uncle Buck the parents finally come back home and John Candy and the kids are hiding in the kitchen trying to be really quiet while the teenage neice and her parents are having a quiet moment of truth. John leans on an overhead rack of pots and pans and knocks them to the floor creating a huge crash.

That's pretty funny in it's own right, but then the camera shows a closeup of Candy's face making a face only he could make followed by the exclamation ****!!! That just blew me away. I really miss him.
