Is there anyplace online to do this? I can find spotty places to get the newer ones but not for new releases or large selections. I can find places on where they are being made and who is in them but not to buy them, even on ebay for some reason.

Do you mean movies about Native Americans, or movies made by Native Americans?

This one is for sale, it is a favorite of mine:

Smoke Signals
Smoke Signals is based on the work of Sherman Alexie, who is a Spokane/Coeur d'Alene Indian.
Amazon shows other movies with it, but I am only familiar with Thunderheart, which is another favorite.

Native American Films

I guess both. I mean movies like Pow Wow Highway, Skins, Dance me Outside, Doe Boy, Smoke Signals, Edge of America etc.
I really like Chris Eyre and his work, he's directed several movies

Did you know about the only "Indian" rock band, Redbone, from the 1970's? They had a hit with "Come and get your love."

"Redbone" is a Cajun slang term for Indian half-breed. I don't know if any of the members were pure blooded Indians. Some were mixed with Mexican. I just saw them on a Midnight Special DVD from 1974. They were wearing Indian dress.
