this is the music forum here's a music trivia question to keep with the title of the thread:
Harry Chapin once released a song, directed at those of us who can't play the guitar or sing, I thought for the longers time he was making fun of himself. anyway what's the title of this song?
If you're not sure, and you feel like you have to google, that's fine but please refrain from answering for 24 hr's and let others who want to guess take a swing at it.
any ideas?
Albany will always be my home town, I spent my 1st 34 years there.
Lots of great people there , I like Charlotte to, the biggest difference is more emphases on religion here. I live in a county that up until recently was a dry county.
If you make all of the bars in Albany into Churches and you make all of the Churches into bars then you'll be in Kannapolis (25 miles NE of Charlottte)
Charlotte is different, very transient. Bars all over the place, Lots of good people in both areas.
on cassette and looking at the titles (i don't know many of the songs) I could not say or guess
I live all the way toward the end of the NY City line near Yonkers (Westchester co) so things are still fast paced and hectic here but not like they are in Manhattan. it's kind of semi-suburban where I live (Riverdale, The Bronx) and relatively peaceful
i posted this!! yes you're correct. that tune brings back some powerful memories of the nations 2nd gas shortage, the death of Yankee Thurman Munson and the disco s***s movement
On a dirt road in main street - she walked off in bear feet - 1975
