I've been driving for almost 28 years and I have gotten only one speeding ticket. I got it because a favorite song of mine came on the radio and I didn't check my speed coming down a hill on the freeway. I was listening to:
Nights in White Satin, by (I don't know, sorry, I can never remember)
As for leadfoot music, I agree with 940, Journey's "Don't Stop Believing" works for me. Other than that there's:
Sprit of Radio- Rush
The Distance- Cake
La Grange- ZZ Top
I like to listen to classical and jazz when I'm in the car, for the exact reason of maintaining a speed limit. There are some songs though that actually make me slow down; like...40mph on Merritt Parkway 15 in CT, slow. For instance, Zeppelin's "Kashmir" puts me in a daze sorta slowing me down. Similarly, I will eventually be doing 35 in a 65 if Hillbilly Deluxe comes on the Sirius.
Lastly, my alltime favorite driving song is without a doubt, "Everywhere Man" by Cash.

Speaking of clasical-hillbilly... I, too, have a broad range for the types of music I enjoy.
Now Kashmir is the world's greatest make-out song. But for flying low around 215 in Vegas, Sergei Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 2 in C minor, Op. 18 or Beethoven's 5th Symphony in C minor, Op. 67 will do it.
And if Mongomery-Gentry's "Hillbilly Shoes" comes on the sqwauk box... it's hard to read the speed limit signs!!
Another good one is "Eternal Train" by Blue Highway. That is some real "Hillbilly De-luxe" right there.
Hillbilly Deluxe is almost too much like my last town.
Man Of Constant Sorrow can actually send my pedal to the metal.
ditto Orange Blossom Special, especially if it's Vassar Clements fiddling.
