I have always loved that tune, especially Gato Barbieri's version. Actually, I knew Barbieri's long before I heard Santana's original for the first time as I had Barbieri's Caliente album. Somehow the sax touches me more than the guitar, sounds more melancholic and expressive to me, especially with the lovely Rhodes sound complementing it.
From the Tutu album, which was heavily influenced by Marcus Miller. There were several nice tunes on that album, but this one has always been my favorite.
