I have loved the Beatles since I was 5 years old (in 1975) even though I wasn't alive when they were together.

Bob - do yourself a favor now and get that drum kit. Play along at home with your faves and see where it all takes you. Life will still be there.

Their best song is Question. In fact, that's among the best songs ever. Then Soldier Side. Then all their other best ones are off of Toxicity.

From the poll list, I picked Queen, Journey and "other". My two all time fav bands are Fleetwood Mac and Heart.

I cannot believe that neither the poll nor any of he 47 responses mentions Pink Floyd. I don't even like them that much, but let's face it, they're one of the best-selling, critically acclaimed and influential rock acts of all time. Dark Side of the Moon has sold 40 million copies and was on the Billboard 200 for, what, some 14 uninterrupted years? It charted before I was born and didn't leave the charts until I was in high school.... I mean, c'mon, people!!
