Dark Side of the Moon has sold 40 million copies and was on the Billboard 200 for, what, some 14 uninterrupted years? It charted before I was born and didn't leave the charts until I was in high school.... I mean, c'mon, people!!

Well, they would have been in my top 10, but I thought I had to pick only 3! Wow, was that hard too.

Fleetwood Mac/Stevie Nicks
Aerosmith
Wallflowers
Eagles
Pink Floyd
Neil Young
Elton John
Doors
Bad Company
Def Leppard
AC/DC

I could go on.........................

None of the above, and they aren't even well-known or famous, so I really couldn't even check the Other box.

Gamma Ray, Blind Guardian, and Kamelot

Beatles?.....come on....they sound like garbage to me...if they werent so popular and i just saw them performing in a garage i would say, "What tha f is this garbage".....I think it sounds nice if i am putting a list of groups together for the greatest groups of all time so that everyone can agree that the beatles are one of the best on my list along with everyone elses list but anyways....

My group is Depeche Mode (not the gay early 80's as much as the 90's and now)...then "THE EAGLES" .......and Red Hot Chilli Peppers, and i like "Journey" too...Aerosmith and Quensryche are good too

I have been a huge highly impressed Beatles fan (specifically a big John & Paul fan) since I was 9,I got my first Beatles book for my 11th birthday, and I had every Beatles album by age 13 even though I was born during the middle of their recording career!

It's really funny too because I find a lot of people hate The Eagles. And I and some other people don't like Journey, and Led Zeppelin and Queen are what sound like total unbearable garbage, they and Pink Floyd are the only 3 groups I have to get up off of my chair even If I'm very tired and turn off immediately! The Rolling Stones,The Who,and Jimi Hendrix are all a million times better! And The Beatles are a *ZILLION* times better!!!!

And you really hear great critically acclaimed popular albums such as,Rubber Soul,Revolver,Sgt.Pepper,The White Album & Abbey Road and great acclaimed popular songs such as In my Life,Revolution,A Day In The Life,Strawberry Fields Forever, Come Together, Eleanor Rigby, I Want You She's So Heavy,Here Comes The Sun,You Never Give Me You're Money, Let It Be ,Yesterday, etc etc,as "garbage", like I said you are really hard of hearing!!!! And thats why The Beatles are the most critically acclaimed, popular and the most covered music artists ever, with everyone from classical music, motown, jazz and even heavy metal recording their great creative, diverse prolific music!

That list is too small, but of the bands that are listed, I only chose Deep Purple. I used to like Aerosmith back when they had that heavy rock sound in the 1970's, but since they started sounding like a typical bubblegum band sometime in 1980's, I stopped listening to them.

Other bands I would have easily chosen, Dokken. I love George Lynch's lead guitar style. I also liked many of the 1980's so-called hair bands like Ratt, Warrant, and many others from that era, among classic heavy metal bands from the late 1970's and the 1980's like Judas Priest and Iron Maiden.
