I thought this should be brought back to Page 1, as there are so many wonderful songs in languages other than English.
Earlier this evening, I happened across songs recorded by a surprising artist: Anthony (Tony) Perkins. Among them are a number of songs that fit in this category:
^^^ I do not agree at all! There is so much great music out there, and many times, foreign-language songs have been covered by English-speakers and most people never know it. Also, some record English songs, which can sound even better in French, Italian, etc.
What a long way from Stone Poneys and "Different Drum"! Didn't Michael (Mike) Nesmith write that one?
