It's a little-known song titled "The Theme From Buster and Billie."

Hoyt Axton sings it and I think the listener needs to have seen the movie to appreciate just how touching the song is.

It always makes me cry.

OK, I cry so easily it's ridiculous--my girls laugh at me b/c I cry at commercials, but this one reduces me to a pile of mud within minutes. It's about beautiful daughters growing up--too quickly!:
