I definitely agree that the songs from 1980-81 seem to be overlooked in favor of the songs from the other years of the 1980s, some of the songs you've mentioned I've never even heard of such as Barclay James Harvest's "Fifties Child", Neil Young's "Southern Pacific", Ramones' "Time Has Come Today" and I've totally forgotten all about Carole King's "One Fine Day"
