My kids watch BTR and Shake it up every day so it kind of grows on you.
I must admit that I do like BTR and Rocky and Cece.

My oldest son (21) listen to and plays a lot of metal. He likes a lot of the dark scandanavian stuff but also the classic metal of the 70s. In that sense we have a lot of overlap in our music and it has been a blast comparing notes with him. My oldest daughter (18) likes a lot of the current indie/pop which I am not crazy about but doesn't bother me.
My 15 year old girl is strictly top 40- bleh.

A bunch of us girls were going to lunch and the movies for one of our's birthday. There was one who had a van so she was the designated driver. We were so packed in this van I had to literally sit in the baby car seat. As we were all finally in and driving along someone remarked about the fact she had Sesame Street/Elmo music playing in the van and it was quite loud. One girl said that wasn't the worst of it. She had dropped the kids off long before she picked us up and was still listening to it then.
