Sure anyone can name some underground band that obviously tries to shock people, but I'm more interested in stuff that is/was in a more "mainstream" classification. Stuff that makes you wonder if it was created and unleashed on the masses for mind control purposes, but I digress...

Like Zappa:

Frank Zappa - Zoot Allures - 04 - Ms. Pinky - YouTube

Or the Shaggs:

The Shaggs - Who Are Parents? - YouTube

Jesus Christ, 17 posts and you lay this heavy stuff on us?
A 'weird song' that's 'mainstream'??

...Mainstream....and 'weird'?

Does such a thing exist?

Mainstream pretty much cancels out anything weird. You know?
Well...I guess that's what you're asking...right? Ahem.

Well, I hate to see a good thread/question go unanswered.
So...lessee...'mainstream' ...and 'weird'.
Don't know about the trying to control people's mind's part.....seems kinda weird itself, think about yourself.

Anyways, the closest I can get...and btw...

N S F W !!!!! At all...

But funny anyways, Richard, doing a rap video.....lol:

"This is my mf'ing tape in this mf'in ....." lol.

Aphex Twin - Window Licker - YouTube
GD, how many times have I 'been intoxicated' listening to this? lol. Mainstream?? hahhhahahahaah.....
But, i's in my brain. Forever. Mind control? I don't know...it controls my mind.
Simply because it's a good *** song....one of the best! The video, is unbelievable.
CLAAAAASSIC.

Enjoy....

The first time I ever heard "Wild Honey Pie" by the Beatles that was sort of freaky. I was only about 12 and had not heard much rock music until then. But I supposed it's kind of tame today.
