Greetings from Belarus. What's this Kupalinka? A Belarussian legend says that the fern blooms during the night from 6. to 7. July. Anybody who finds this fern, will be lucky forever. This is the night of Ivan Kupala, or just Kupalinka. Kupala means "swim". So in this time girls and boys make little flower-coronas and let them swim on the river. Young People are jumping in the night above the flame and everybody is feasting. Kupalinka is our belarussian fair.
