I've heard a few of his songs, but never realized who he is. Now that I do, wow! It's interesting to discover a classic artist who is one of the best. It's interesting how I've failed to recognize him until now. He does sound like Garth Brooks, and I might have always assumed this was Garth (oddly Doug's last name is actually Brooks):
