I love listening to "The XX" .. this album "Coexist" is a masterpiece (duets, group)

anyone else fan of this UK band?

they have a unique sound IMO.. I really like their dark, grim vibe.

a lot of people might find their sound depressing (rightfully so) but I just love to kind of zone out to this sound.. it's comparable to the sound of The Weeknd I guess

I like The XX to and got their first album after it won the Mercury award and I heart Crystalised on the radio. I haven't heard anything on their second album but heard it's similar to the first.

I don't find their music that depressing more atmospheric and romantic in a strange sort of a way.

I know one thing I like about the XX: their songs are easy to play!

I usually gravitate to simpler, layered song compositions. From an artistic standpoint, I really appreciate their harmonies, beats, rythm, layered melodies, and duets.
