Some interesting history on this tune. Originally Emilio Estevez wanted to use Wanted Dead Or Alive as the main theme song for his sequel Young Guns II. He contacted Jon about it to ask if he could purchase rights to using it. When Jon heard of the song he planned on using, Jon suggested he could write a all new tune that would fit better and be exclusive to the movie. Emilio was excited and agreed. You know the rest worked out. A classic....for some people it's the only Bon Jovi song they like.
