Help me with the song (band)

I'm trying to remember a song. It's like the counterpart of this song but by another band in the mid-90s.

Just as the song below, it starts with the a few electric piano notes then went with the rhythm.

The title is quite similar as well. The name of the band is one word but either 2 or 3 syllables, most likely just 2.

I found the song!!!

See this is where I got confused. I thought the title is like "Close To You" but I saw Fun Factory has that song so I abandoned it.

Apparently, it is the same title. The band is Whigfield.
