#5 Foo Fighters - Sonic Highways Each song on the album was recorded in a different city. All songs on the album are about those cities and their music history. The only knock on this one is that there are only 8 songs on the album.

#6 Broods - Evergreen

They're a brother and sister duo from New Zealand. They sound a bit like another artist from New Zealand who will go nameless only much, much better.

Agree with you on Spoon and Elbow - both are fantastic albums and I had the pleasure of seeing both bands this year.

Disagree with you on the Foos... I find their latest to be weak and uninteresting. I haven't been impressed with much of their recent stuff, loved the early albums, but just cannot get into them any more. But, glad you like it
