Not the full version, so it may not make as much sense.

From what I've listened to on this thread, I don't like it or find anything uplifting about it. It seems to have, for me at least, a destructive effect on the nervous system and is very grating. I prefer sounds which are more healing.

Trance in general is one of the more uplifting genres of electronic music, although here, Uplifting Trance is seen as a sub-genre of trance. "They" have defined it as Uplifting Trance. While it's about being uplifting in nature as a mood, the sub-genre is also defined, more specifically, by production techniques. That's the reason for the distinction.

You can read more about it here: Uplifting trance - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Thanks, but no thanks. As I said, I find nothing uplifting about it. To me it's just noise.

I don't understand why threads about this type of music cause such a strong reaction on this site. Why aren't you going into a rock or metal thread and saying the same thing? We're all grown-ups. Don't like it, move on. I find slow and soft music to be excruciatingly boring and I'm tired of its over-revered nature in music. But I don't find the need to go into other people's threads and tell them so.

Apologies to OP if he/she didn't want something like this in the thread.

I simply answered the OP's question, ''Who enjoys the faster sounds of trance?'' I am not one who does.
