Foreigner: "I Want" To Know What Love Is" Sampled in a Rap Song? (albums, artist)

Hello,
New here. Years ago, while at the gym, I heard a rap song that had the above Foreigner song's chorus, sampled in as its chorus. At the time, I asked who it was, and was told it was someone called "Big Key", may or may not be spelled correctly. I haven't heard that song since. It's been at least 10 years, and I cannot find anything on the web, or anywhere else. Can anyone here help identify the artist & song?
