I'm listening to the video as I type this. The low humming sound is fine, and by itself would be sleep inducing, but I find that higher pitched sound to be extremely annoying and unpleasant, and definitely not sleep inducing. I find myself wanting to get away from it.
Personally I think any relaxing music that you like listening to will help you sleep.
YouTube has a ton of music videos that claim to have soothing properties. Read their comment sections and you'll discover some pretty interesting stuff that just might make the internet interesting again.
