Hello, this is my first video of dance improvisation that I post on this forum and I would like your opinion on my improvised dance?

I'm not a pro and I wonder if I'm flexible or not, if my movements are repetitive or not and if I'm in rhythm or not?

Do I have a right or wrong level?

I would like to improve on my own watching many dance videos on the net but I do not know if it's the best thing to do.

What do you think ?
