I never listen to Christmas music at home, there is enough of it in stores and on the radio (in my car, I mean).
I must say that I find many (not all) Christmas songs really depressing so I avoid them the best I can... (why do they have to sound so sad? it's supposed to be the most wonderful time of the year, a time to celebrate!)
I could not find the song about the Christmas tree that ran away:
"Nobody wants me and tomorrow's Christmas Day
Nobody needs me for a happy holiday
Nobody loves me and I have no place to stay
Nobody wants me--I'm going to run away"
It ended on a happy note, he found a family that didn't even HAVE a Christmas tree, and considered finding him/it a miracle.
