Is this the album where they read poems in between the songs? If so, my Uncle used to play this on his tape deck a LOT. He also was into reel-to-reel tape decks. Still is.. Memory says TEAC.
I dont think so as I dont hear any Poems on my 8 track between songs........
REEL TO REEL is awesome!!!!!! (Some of the best analogue sound ever)
I'm not sure who the Moody Blues are but I did check out this Seventh Sojourn album on YouTube and think it's great! I'll have to check out some more by them.

Surely you at least know "Nights in White Satin" and "Your Wildest Dreams."
Fun fact: The Moody Blues are possibly the only sixties band I can think of whose members are all still alive. With 5 members!
(Also CSNY)
Not sure about that....
You're forgetting their original bassist...Clint Warwick (1940-2004),
he and lead singer Denny Laine, both quit the Moody Blues in 1966.
After their departure, the Moody Blues switched gears from R & B,
to the sound they would become famous for, releasing the "core" 7 albums,
from 1967 to 1972.
My sister had "Isn't Life Strange" as her wedding song. Thought that was a unique and in her case an appropriate choice.
My favorite is "Just a Singer in a Rock and Roll Band". Simple reason is seeing it live. When I saw the MB's at Jones Beach and they had the Long Island Philharmonic they were great. But for Just a Singer the band extended the intro where only the 2 drummers pound it out. I've seen videos where they'll do about a 30 second drum intro but that night it was more like 2 minutes plus. Crowd was really pumped by the time the guitars joined in.
