I have this song , heard twice over the holidays , playing in my background for some days now & just can't remember the performer. A very popular song , possibly a duet , not rock by any means or heavy metal. Probably more pop. Quite recent as in the last few years since release. Could be something some of the divas might have tried at sometime. Ok, so as for the lyrics, lets try and fill in the blanks :
So, for evermore , it will be you and me ............(soaring lyrics) .........
(then next part )
you and me together _ _ _ and you know I will always love you
Again, female singer , could be a Mariah Carey or similar but not fully sure.
A love ballad and a soaring one at that. Any ideas given the scant information provided. If anyone can get it , you have my utmost reputation.
Posted are just the lyrics that come close to matchinng what you posted.
.........It must have been sent from up above
And I know you'll stay this way, for always
And we both know, that our love will grow
And forever it will be you and me
Ooh your life is sun,
Chasing all the rain away,
When you come around you bring a brighter day
You're the perfect one For me and you forever we'll be
And I will love you so for always
Come with me my sweet,
Let's go make a family..........
That sounds more like psychological torture than anything I would allow through my speakers. Honestly, do these people pay any attention to the greeting card level drek they sing?
I'm impressed, Howard. Especially since all this time we were led to believe you paid no attention to anything 80s or later.
