Some people say "More Than A Feeling" by Boston ripped off "Young Man's Blues" by Elton John. Here's what might sound like a weird example. I think "Margaritaville" by Jimmy Buffett ripped off "Three and Nine" by Roxy Music. It's funny because the former is a country song about relaxation, but the latter is a song which tells an ironic story.

The easy one of course is "He's So Fine" by the Chiffons and "My Sweet Lord" by George Harrison...

"Love Song" by Sara Bareilles and "Haven't Met You Yet" by Michael Buble seem pretty similar to my ears.

"Fantasy" by Aldo Nova is a total rip off of "Jane" by Jefferson Starship.

I'm surprised the 'Doobies' never retaliated against Robbie Dupree. 'Steal Away' and 'What a Fool Believes' are back to back in this video.

Does anyone else think this song sounds like Margaritaville?:
Roxy Music - Three And Nine (1974) - YouTube

The melodies are different, and the opening riff to Three and Nine has an oboe instead of the Margaritaville flute, but I hear a strange similarity.
