Yes,and after fifteen years I am still tired of the wave of trallpunk from the mid 90s,at least the DLK clones and Strebers clones.
During the same time the underground punks had their own wave of Discharge clones which got boring very fast too.

sorry, this post became quite Sweden specific....

BigSwede - I only had a brief encounter with the trallpunk. I have been fed Joakim Thåström's music since the day I was born, so my 'punk' encounter mainly was based on Ebba Grön. My parent happen to be into progg music ala Nynningen, Nationalteatern, Blå tåget etc. and they also listen to music that was somewhat related to this such as Thåström. Thåström became my first favorite singer and his music has a special place in my heart.

I went to high school at '93-'96 when most of the trallpunk had been around for a while. I moved on from trallpunk and Ebba to Imperiet/Rymdimperiet and then to synth music. Which, of course, was even further away from what anyone in my age was listening to.
