I preferred their early stuff BEFORE they changed their name from Flowers to Icehouse. They wanted to break into the American market and there was already a band called Flowers, so they changed their name to Icehouse a song from the Flowers album Icehouse.
Once again you taught me something new in the new Wave world Moonshadow.....as i thought i knew it all .
Anyway the New Wave ladies rule on here at City Data as Moonshadow and Domergurl and DontH8me all have great tastes in music. I also was going back thru the old Favorite 80's New Wave Video thread a ways back and some other great posters with picks were Gracie JJ and Twinkle Toes....

I love Laura Branigan's Self Control and hehe! Madonna's ~ Mess you Up with Milo is one of my favorite songs!
Here's what I'm listening to right now, which just came on the radio here and I had to crank it then go find it on youtube to listen again. Always loved this song.
