Ok, this is gonna be vague, which is really why I can't find out wha tthis song is called. The song is medium old Beatles tune, the only words I know are "memories of me with you..." I think. Anyone? Thanks

Well, I'm going to go out on a limb and say that line doesn't exist. Two that come somewhat close are these...

In My Life - from Rubber Soul / 1965

But of all these friends and lovers
there is no one that compares with you
And these memories lose their meaning
When I think of love as something new

YouTube - The Beatles - In My Life

Two Of Us - from Let It Be / 1970

You and I have memories
Longer than the road that stretches out ahead

YouTube - The Beatles - Two Of Us

Y'know, I skimmed 200 pieces of sheet music and did a bit of googling, but I just couldn't find it! It's ok though, I enjoy challenges like this. Maybe it's a post-Beatle tune? Or Chad and Jeremy, Peter and Gordon or someone who sounded like them. Anyway... Your subsequent clue made me think of A Summer Song by Chad and Jeremy. Those lyrics aren't in there either, but the sentiment is similar.

Maybe it was one of the songs mention just a different version? The Beatles were good for that.
