Default Songs that will not go away

What songs constantly pop up everywhere you go?

Journey - Don't Stop Believing. What is with this song? It just won't die!!!

Any others?

Oh, man, so many...

One that comes to mind and has always grated on my nerves: Bad to the Bone by George Thorogood.
I will be quite happy if I never hear that "B-B-B-B-Bad" chorus ever again. I know I will though.

I'll give you some......

For starters, jack and Diane, Old time rock and roll, and Start me up.

"No Air", not even a year old and already wayyy overplayed. Thanks American Idol.

Any Rihanna song: What is the appeal??????

And finally:
Crank dat soulja boy: Every sporting event except one( A hockey game) that I've been too since last september plays this crap. Why???? Fortunatlly, people have stopped dancing to it.

EDIT: "Im a believer" Smash Mouth, terrible overrated and overplayed remake for the Shrek movie.

I dont know the name of this one but its the Eagles song that goes "I got 7 women on my mind, 4 wanna hold me, 2 wanna stone me, one's a friend of mine". Actually, most Eagles songs before the 80's I can live without hearing again.

Sporting events have made me hate "Get Up Off That Thing" by James Brown. "Get up, get on up-uh, Get up, get on up-uh."

Oh and great call on B-B-B-B-B-Bad!!!

I nominate Oye Como Va and Black Magic Woman by Santana to be officially retired. They are ok songs, don't get me wrong, but it appears Clearchannel got some sort of bulk price deal on playing these songs and they play it every day on each station they own.

Benny and the Jets should never have been allowed onto the air waves and how on earth it comes on the radio every freakin' day I have no damn clue.

I don't mind the Journey songs that keep popping up. At least Stevie boy can sing. Now, Gwen Stefani shrieking "It's My Life" is anything but singing - another song that pops up everywhere for me. Barf!

Lux Aeterna by Clint Mansell. It's a beautiful piece but it's been overused to death on tv promos and movie trailers here.

Or Jefferson Starship's "We Built This City On Rock and Roll". Sad example of a once great band. UGH!!! I cringe every time it starts, and jump to something else pronto.
Some of Jack Johnson's stuff is headed down a similar road.

I always hear the boys are back in town and sweet alabama. Never cared too much for sweet home alabama. Loved the boys are back in town but can only take so much.

Apologize by One Republic was pretty much killed.
