I love John Denver! My dad's a fan, so I've listened to his songs for as long as I can remember. As for favorites...that's tough. I'd have to say Perhaps Love, Calypso and This Old Guitar are some of my favorites. Oh and the whole John Denver and the Muppets Christmas album! Listen to it every year when we decorate the tree!

I love John Denver. His music always takes me to the happiest, purest places. I love him! He really got a raw deal for his impact on music. My children (6, 10) listen to his music.

Loved his music. Had him on 8 track and LP, he went with me to cassette and CD. His songs tell stories and I like that. You can "See" them. Loved "Matthew." It makes me cry. "Follow Me" is a beautiful love song and I remember many people using it as their wedding song back in the 70's as they did "Annie."

Closet JD fan here. I agree that he totally got a raw deal. His music was great. I oftentimes wonder if he were alive today, how relevant he'd be. And how outspoken he'd be at the current state of the earth. He was a great human being. Love him.

Default I've seen Dan Fogelberg(RIP)

compared to John Denver especially when Dan started to get popular in the late 70's/early 80's by critics, but I wonder do you all see a similarity or are there differences between the two?
