Jazz musicians of Italy.

(Very nice T.R. Thanks!)

Jazz started in America, but it's international impact interests me so those are fun. South Africa in particular has some nice jazz/jazzy musicians and at times the history of them is similar in that they had to deal with racial issues. That said in some cases when I do these "jazz of X country" I don't really know the musicians until I do the post. (Although I knew Romano Mussolini because of his infamous father)
Anyway as I mentioned it here's some more South African jazz.
I read that this year was the hundredth anniversary of Mary Lou Williams birth and then looking up 1910 births I found several other noteworthy jazz musicians. So here we go.
