Which band has more talent: Nickelback or the freecreditreport.com band? (singer, miles davis)

I hate the fact that Nickelback never uses metaphors in their songs. They have no creativity with their lyrics at all.
I consider myself a poet. I put a lot of thought into writing lines that are creative and non cliched. Sometimes I think that I should write bogus stuff like Nickelback and be done with it. But, I have artistic integrity. Anything that I have ever written is a million times better than anything this Chad Kroeger jabrony has ever come up with.
I really like the freecreditreport.com guys...dunno if they play their own music,but probably not. I know the main guy is an actor from Europe somewhere. I has asked about him somewhere before and was given a link to his site or something. It didn't seem updated.
If they dropped an album this tuesday....I'd d/l it for sure the friday night before. lol

Hmm . . . well, I don't know the freecreditreport.com band (is that the music on television commercials for that or something?), and I'm not much of a Nickelback fan, BUT, I don't dislike Nickelback, either. I agree their songwriting is kinda generic, but so is the songwriting of hundreds of other musical artists. The guys in Nickelback are solid musicians, at least. I'd say that musically they're on the level of a very good bar band. If they had a bit more creative songwriting I'd probably like them a lot better, but on the other hand, the songwriting they do have is making them a ton of money. Sure beats working in an office somewhere.

Sometimes I think about just giving up and writing garbage too. I'd be sooooooooo freaking rich now. Why does moral integrity have to be such a hard thing to get rid of?
