Two friends of mine were arguing about whether it was
"Shock to the heart"
vs
"Shout to the heart"
They were both shocked when I told them it was "Shot through the heart."
I know it's wrong, but I prefer singing, "Dirty deeds and the dundercheefs!" Instead of, of course, "dirty deeds and they're done dirt cheap." My ex made me a shirt that says "dundercheef" on it.

Yes, that's a classic. Also misunderstood as, "'Scuse me while I kiss this fry."

Yes! Another classic
What about Carly Simon's - You're So Vain
"There were Clowns in my coffee, clowns in my coffee."

"There were Clowns in my coffee, clowns in my coffee."
was "Clouds in my coffee"
Yes, Carly. Clouds in my coffee, Jesse--hole in my bed and in that song she was talking about James Taylor.
She will never tell who was so vain. LOL--Beatty still thinks it was him. Silly boy.
Clouds--'Looked at Life from Both Sides Now'
and about that time along came Bobby Goldsboro with 'Honey'--and all the bubblegum music--'Sugar, Sugar'--I loved all those songs. 'Manic Monday'--had no clue what manic meant and wish I had never heard of any of that stuff.
'Be Young, Be Foolish, Be Happy' banging the gavel down.
