:: nite deepens in the strange out of the way
bar/inn... conversations are soft.... moist and sultry
like the occasional breeze flowing from some crack
in a boulder... high ceiling fans slowly twirls in the
growing smoky bluish light... flickering candlelight on
cigarette burned wooden tables now provide the
only light for both workers and patrons...

... bodies casually size each other up for a nite of
additional comfort... the morning will come soon
enough I say to myself as I wave off several
potential offers...

finally callin it a nite... I grab backpack and heavily
stands asking the bartender whereto... he jerks
his head toward the back of the bar...

...finishing up my only drink I push back the stool
and goes in that direction...

... passing thru a beaded curtain... the aire is
strikingly cooler... a waterfall is heard as well
as soft rustlings... what sort of passageway is
this I think to myself... are we outdoors or still
inside... muted voices seem to float on pass
me as my own footsteps echo down a stony
pathway...

... hmmmm.... continues then takes a sharp
turn and stops... outlaid was a beauty I could
have never dreamed up... several open-aired
structures with netting were already alighted
in various colours... walkways and shallow
lighted waterways separated one from the other...

trees were dress with multi coloured tiny lights
... the place looked like a fairy land... slowly
approaching was I met with a keeper who
quickly showed me to my quarters...

a nice place ... open aired on all fours sides.....
beautiful wooded ceilings... netting that gave
it a surrealistic quality with a soft burning of
delicate incenses and small water floating lighted
candles giving off various coloured glows...

... tired as all get out I still yearned for some
sort of entertainment... picked up a remote and for
the heck of it pushed a button... soft music...

... noticing that a private side of the structure
further back held a bathroom... large outdoor tub...
and the like... nods... plopping down on an
unbelievably comfortable piling of robes and furs...

kicks off boots... then just spend the rest of the time
watching a growing moon and shadows from other
such structures merge then reshape on billowing
netting as nite sounds deepened...

... soon I was fast asleep...
