MadAtMcCain ............... this song and music video really is great dude . I'm always learning about the new stuff out there from all the GREAT posters we have on this thread and so thanks again .
Does everyone remember the very first metal music video that they ever saw?
For me when i was a teen when MTV first came out in the early 80's as most of it was New Wave bands and videos but the first metal video that i ever watched on tv was .......... Def Leppard - Foolin.
Found this song while cruisning around YouTube. A month or two ago I suggested a battle of the femgrowlers for 2009 and by consensus, this young lady won the prize. But this song well, it's still heavy, but it's pretty cool and a little easier to listen too than some of her other songs. So here she is, the girl who renewed my faith in female metal artists, "The Agonist"
Figured what the hell, I'll keep this post of the female persuasion. So here's another little diddy from another super cool lady. Give it up for "Arch Enemy"
And of course, I had to go back to my girl. I've heard her called militant, I've heard her called insane, but I always just call her "Otep" Look into those eyes and feel the pain, or just listen to her voice! Either way, Otep is a rock goddess, and I love her stuff!
Also, on the album, this never released song from '84. It's not as hard as the last one. He's not the greatest singer, kind of Alice Cooperish, but the song is pretty decent. This song reminds me of some other older rock groups. Not sure which ones???
Yep, you guessed it, OJ Simpson! Naw, just kiddin, it' me. So I figured I'd spend a little of it sharing some awesome tunes with my favorite metal fiends. So, let's get started shall we. First up we have a charming little diddy from an all American boy and his band. Born and raised in the USA, these fellas are as American as apple pie! Put your hands together, and give a warm welcome too.......Static X!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wasn't that just the bee's knees? You don't get anymore wholesome than that. Gotta follow that one up with another truly special, feel good song. So here they are, once again, with another ass kicking tune! It's "Bled for Days" by Static X!
Well, what the hell, why not let these guys just roll out for one more set. This next tune is one of my all time favorites from this group! If you haven't heard it, give it a listen. If you have heard it, then you already know it rocks! Here they are, for one last song, Static X with "Black and White"
