The Sundays cover of the Rolling Stone's "Wild Horses" I much prefer to the original.
X's cover of "Wild Thing" beats out The Troggs original, and Sam Kinison's...
I do hate No Doubt's cover of Talk Talk's "it's my life" they never shoulda bothered...
I have never heard of The Sundays' cover of "Wild Horses" or X's cover of "Wild Thing", I also liked Fancy's version of "Wild Thing" alot

Anybody that can do a cover that was so good the original artists acknowledge it as the definitive version and never played it again must be doing something right. Way to go Joe.
I can't find it out for public consumption. On "Happy Blue", Billy Squier redid a song called "River", it might have been Joan Baez with the original, not sure.
