That's the original break beat (Rock it in the pocket).
I used to have a copy of this tape back in the day ('82 or '83) but it was a copy of a copy and sounded nowhere near as good as this. You tube is a gold mine for finding lost old school stuff like this. Glad you enjoyed it!
