Holy ****! I didn't know buckeye al just posted the same thing I posted a while back. What coincidence.
I first heard 2 Americans (DiMuzio and James) singing a Filipino version cover of it with ukuleles and then researched the Filipino version (perfomed by an unknown Bisayan rock band) then upon reading the comments researched the Japanese cover (Tom*cat) and then the original Japanese artist (Oystars) then posted here.
