Always loved 30 Days in the Hole.

The Rapture *always* has cowbell.
My son saw them in concert, and he said not only did they have one, but it was the biggest cowbell he'd ever seen. I like both of these songs, but especially House of Jealous Lovers.

Lay Lady Lay - Bob Dylan

While recording this song in the studio there wasn't anyone there to play the cowbell so they got the janitor to play it on the recording. The janitor was Kris Kristofferson
