Sara Vaughn - I think she was the greastest jazz singer ever.

I'd say Bob Marley and Joe Strummer from The Clash. Bob Marley because I would have love to see how he would have evolved through all the musical changes in the past three decades after his passing. Would he still be playing reggae? Would he had perform more eclectic world music? Or, maybe become more of a pop icon during the 80's (this is a scary thought), experimenting with synths and dance music?

Joe Strummer from The Clash, because I would have love to see a reunion show, and Joe still had so much music left in him! His last records with The Mescaleros were beautiful!

Stevie Ray Vaughn. Greatest Guitarist of all time. Just think the world would be in a much better place if we were to have more SRV music.

Or,

I would bring back Mozart. Would love to give one of the greatest musical geniuses additional years to compose what could be even GREATER works of art.

LOL. I think its hilarious that some (me) would say Mozart and SRV while others (LMAO) are saying Biggie Smalls or Eazy E or Tupac.

Put me down for John Lennon too. There's really no other choice, IMHO.

Too many great ones to choose from. I can't do a disservice to the other greats picking just one.
