Need help trying to figure out who does this song.... (lyric, band)

I've heard this song on the radio over the yrs and never new who did it. It's from the 90's I believe.

Some of the lyric snippets are the following:

"Been around the world and found that only stupid people are breeding"

"You cut of my legs now I'm an amputee god damn you"


Any idears who this may be??

Harvey Danger is the band and Flagpole Sitta is the tune

I saw them play a small club in Seattle a couple of years after the tune was a mild radio hit...they're other songs don't compare I'm afraid, but they do put on a good show and are damn funny people to talk to...and this is by far their best.
