I live about 5 miles from Dunfermline.

Dunfermline has given the world bands such as Nazareth, and Big Country/the Skids.

Stuart Adamson owned a pub in Dunfermline, and would quite often be seen in there, and about town.

For a while, Nazareth had a quiet spell, and it was pretty common to see them around too, but they've had something of a renaissance recently and are becoming more popular again, so you tend to see them about less.

I've also a funny feeling Ian Anderson from Jethro Tull was born in Dunfermline, but i could be wrong.

I'm from Austin, Texas. There are a lot of great artists from Austin, but my favorites are Stevie Ray Vaughn and Shearwater.
