One of my favorite songs regarding this subject is "I Live For the Sun" by the Sunrays, which came out in the summer of 1965. If I'm not mistaken the Beach Boys had some involvement with this group. They only put out the one lp on Tower records, a subsidiary of Capitol records, where the Beach Boys were at. I believe Murray Wilson, father to Brian, Dennis, and Carl Wilson, produced it. Saucywench, is this one of the songs you like from this era? Youtube this little puppy for the ol'Double H would ja?? it's a GREAT tune!
